Hosting and server log files
This website runs on our own servers in a data centre operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). When you visit the site, the web server automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is required to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short period. It is not combined with other data.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content.
Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the enquiry form, we process the data you provide solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We delete this data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Applications
If you apply through our application form, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, area, availability and experience) solely to carry out the application process. The legal basis is § 26 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. If no employment results, we delete your application data no later than six months after the process ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply or you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
Encryption
All data is transmitted encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).
Your rights
- Access to the personal data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure, unless retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
