All staff are employed by K-Workx GmbH. We handle payroll, social security and insurance. After the assignment you receive one invoice for the hours worked.
Based on work performed at the agreed hourly rate. You only pay for hours actually worked, with a minimum booking of four hours per shift. Night, Sunday and public holiday premiums are agreed in advance.
Yes. You get to know our staff through temporary staffing and can take them on if they fit. We agree the terms with you transparently beforehand.
If someone drops out at short notice, we tell you immediately and look for a replacement. You are billed only for hours actually worked – a no-show costs you nothing. If you are not happy with someone, one call is enough: we replace them and won't send them to you again.
Our staff are employed by K-Workx GmbH and covered by statutory accident insurance. Damage during an assignment is covered by public liability insurance. We'll provide proof before the first assignment on request.
No. There is no standing fee, no subscription and no monthly minimum. You sign a staffing agreement per assignment or a framework agreement without a minimum volume. You pay for the work done.
Yes – in legal terms this is temporary agency work. K-Workx GmbH holds the licence to supply temporary staff under § 1 AÜG. For you that means: you book people by the hour, we remain the employer and handle wages, social security and insurance.
